Job seeker will be allowed to register himself only once.

Job seeker will provide all the information correctly and in case any of the information is found to be incorrect at a later stage,the administrator will have the right to terminate his account and the employer can discontinue his services for concocting the facts/information.

The registration on uttamavsar is absolutely free for all the job seekers.

The administrator of uttamavsar does in no way gives any guarantee to the job seeker about providing the job. Moreover the listing of the jobs by employers are also on the sole prerogative of them and the administrators are in no way responsible for any authenticity of the jobs posted.

The job seekers should report immediately to the administrators of any monetary or non monetary demands by the employers in the process of offering jobs or after the final selection.

As it is a CSR initiative of Uttam Group of Institutions,it will not be classified as Services because of it's purely non monetary nature.

After the final selection the job seeker has all the right and freedom to either join or decline the offer. The administrators or the employer will in no way pressurise them to join or decline the offer.
