Job provider is the most important player on this platform as he is the one who will post job requirements.
Job provider can upload any number of jobs on the portal.
All job postings are free.
The minimum salary of the jobs posted has to be Rs. 10,000/- and not less.
Merely posting the job doesn't in any way guarantee the availability of the candidates with matching skills/experience.
The job portal works mainly on key words and candidates with similar or allied skills can also be allocated to them.
The decision of the job provider is final and binding both upon the administrator and the job seeker in so far as the final selection of the job seeker is concerned.
